I say white crappie but it might be all the SUNLIGHT shining through it.[:p]

It's a black crappie. The white one has bars go up and down the black more or less has specs like the one in your picture.
Hmm researching more it might be a hybrid. It has characteristics of both. White crappie has head back and 8 to 10 vertical bars and 5 to 6 spikes on dorsal fin. Black Crappie has scattered specs and 7 to 8 spikes on dorsal fin. your fish has the head back, no bars and 5 spikes on dorsal fin like a white crappie but it has the scattered black specs like a black crappie.
