I was at FG for 5 days It was slow, the most fish I got in one day was 12.
I went to Brinagers ranch Tue and Wed did not get a bite.
I did good their 3 weeks ago.
the best for me was the pipeline and south of wildhorse.
the rainbow I got in 100 ft water and downrigger ball was at 53 ft.
The screen shots are from my humminbird, side and down imaging.

Thanks for the report. Even though it was slow still looks like an enjoyable week.

I have a couple questions. First ,why does your ff show so much surface clutter in some of the pics? Secondly,do you normally troll that fast?

Question Please
The first attached graph picture indicates a depth of 188ft on the left side.
The screen indicates extreme clutter, or a false bottom from 125ft to what might be the real bottom around the 182.5 ft mark.
From your experience what is the electronics seeing in this bottom 57.5 ft that is showing up like a false bottom?
Is the gain simply up too high, surely it's not 57.5 feet of fish at that depth.

I have two settings Max Mode. and Clear Mode each one has a Sensitivity setting. I use max mode a lot. so I can see oxygen and the
Thermoclines. it takes some getting use to but I can see fish in all that
surface clutter.
I was not fishing just looking. Side Imaging is best performed at boat speeds between 2 to 6 mph.
Side Imaging Range:can go out 240 feet to each side, with a total side coverage of 480 feet, historical data scrolls down the screen
main benefit of Side Imaging and Down Imaging is a picture-like image and how
structure is oriented for more efficient fishing.
I don't use them that often.
