Boating education courses

Persons born on or after January 1, 1983 will need to have completed a boating education course to operate a motorboat of more than 15 horsepower on Nevada's interstate waters.

I had my daughter do that last year. She is still years away from legally being able to drive with or without me in the boat but still figured it was a good thing for her to do. Took her a good part of a morning to complete. But being a kid still in school she actually read everything and took notes, etc. I am sure less than 2 hours for anyone else to complete. Took a month or more if I remember right to get her certificate/lanyard-ID/etc showing she completed it.
