Accountabilities:
"¢ Process, resolve and make decisions on claims that are presented by BPPC dealers worldwide based on policy documents.
"¢ Delivering a high degree of customer service to BPPC dealers.
"¢ Collaborating with management to create data points that measure progress of goals and objectives.
"¢ Participate in sales and service support activities as needed. Attend dealer meetings, VIP events and boat shows to promote the business.
What you bring to our winning team:
"¢ High School Diploma; Bachelors Degree is a plus
"¢ 2 - 3 years experience in marine industry is required
"¢ Marine technician certification is a plus
"¢ Prior warranty or financial service business experience, knowledge of the product and the ability to interpret an extended warranty contract is a plus.
"¢ Individual must possess strong communication skills; solid decision making and judgment skills, ability to influence decisions; and a strong focus on customer service.
"¢ Ability to travel 5 - 10%
