Hey guys, first time poster here looking for information on Henry's Lake. Some friends and I are heading over 9/10 to fish the lake for a few days, but none of us have fished it before. We will probably just be using spinners and bait. Just wondering how it's fishing and what works the best this time of year. Thanks in advance.

It's been slow...however you could be timing it right. With a little cold snap-could start the fish to feed more agressive . Fly-fisherman have been pounding the creek mouths so if you're using bait/spinners...use you fish finder and move around. I've done well on the south end-just north of shore they call the "cliffs" moving East and West. Also, from the county boat dock (west side) go out 500 yrs or so and search for fish going North and South. I was headed there today but my buddies weren't quite ready to be "cold" but if I get up there before then I'll post it.
