Prop Size for 1992 15 hp Evinrude?

I feel like my prop size may be wrong for this motor. I am running it on a 14" aluminum and am just not getting the speed I feel I should be getting. The motor is running good just no push. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

what size are you running now? i would say 9 or 10 pitch would be good for what you are doing but not 100% sure. got to figure out what your WOT RPM's should be and go from there.
