anchor bay no ice in the bay, just a couple inches in the canal. The water is cold enuff, the air is cold enuff, but the wind just wont let up and is keeping he water moving so it wont freeze. But you can bet just as soon as we get a cople hours of no wind the bay will flash freeze and it wont be long after that.
