wading jacket
#1
i know there are a few posts about wading jackets but i purchased the Reddington jacket from Anglers Den here in Ogden and have to say i am impressed! it has a short cut on it and the bottom covers half of my wading belt, the hood folds inside its self and buttons down to stay out of the way. two pockets on the right breast and one large fly box pocket on the left.... and inner key/wallet zip up pocket on the left breast, and a cell phon pocket on the inside right. the only down fall i have found is i wish there was anothe smaller pocket on the left breast like on the right..... the hand pockets both zip, and the rod holder tabs.... the bottom buttons away and the top velcros to the jacket itself. has the neoprene cuffs with velcro to keep the cuffs tight on the wrists, and a large zip up back storage area.... a D ring to hang my net on the back and a loop on the right pocket i hang tools and floatant from..... all in all a good but for under 100 bucks!! i have been wearing it in plae of my vest or chest pack lately, and when it gets warm i just take off a layer of clothing and store it in the back of the jacket..... just my 2 cents on this jacket.

I have one question for you if I may.
Would you say that the sizes of those jackets are
what they say they are?
For example, if you wear Large and you ger large how
does it feel? Too loose , too tight or just fine.

Thank you

[#008000][Image: happy.gif]I'm not a big guy [5.9"& 175 lbs] so a large works okay for me.[/#008000]

I can speak for that model, but WJ, Hodgeman, Orvis, Barber, you buy the size you wear, but they are loose for that reason.

reason I ask is that I normally buy at least an xl .. mainly for the roominess.. now I know to go with xl if I ever get into that market... :-)
