PETA is planning on serving tofu fishsticks to everyone out on the pier to bring more awareness to the horrors of killing fish for food and sport.
Get yours while they last !!!
ps... Oh I will be for sure finding out when this will happen so I can plan on fishing that day. Might even bring the fillet knife and a little webber grill and cook up my catch right there on the pier.

That a boy , it would be nice if the people who think that hunting and fishing are cruel and barbaric would go help a human being, or help find a cure for cancer or just plain get a life period. thats just my own personal opinion. hope I,m not breaking any terms of this forum I like this forum.

find out where and when it will be and contact the local county health inspector and let them know of their intentions... [:p]
they need a permit, to serve food, even if it is free...

A portable BBQ grill ,some venison , burgers and brats , some salmon fillets and we got us a w,
who's food is better compitition goin' on .
Then have a video camera going while were fishing and see if there are any
"anglers harassment " charges to be filed against them .

Hey---- Those are my two favorite piers. Get outta my spot !!!!
I try to get out there at least half doz times each summer/fall.
I fish over to whitehall as well.
If you ever see anyone out there fishing with a red white blue flag baseball hat that's probably me. I wear it all the time when I'm out on the piers or wadding in the rivers. (Makes it easier for the wifey to spot me)

my dad was on the [north pier]grand haven this morning got 17 nice pearch..8 to 10 inches..thats some nice fishsticks..i might hit it saturday depending on the weather..
