Saw the great forecast for today emoRolleyes and decided to hit the water. I installed a new fuel line yesterday too and was hoping that would end my motor trouble...IT DID! emoThumbsup Called up my bass player Alex and he jumped at the chance to hit the water. We stopped at Hamiltons for our new fishing licenses and then hit HBSP around 8am. I made a couple laps around the islands and made sure the motor would start up. We then headed back into WT...the parking lot was packed! No bites back there. So we headed to a little spot upriver a bit and started fishing docks. We spent the rest of the morning up there. We ended up catching 20 crappie with 12 being keepers. I kept 10 and let the "barely legals" go. 2 of the keepers were 13.75. I'm still waiting for my first TARP crappie...hopefully soon. All fish came on BG shad with chartreuse tail. Most fish were caught at 4 count on the outsides of the docks. It was a slow and subtle bite but pretty steady for the 3 hours we fished. It's good to have confidence in my motor again. I'll be on the water all weekend. Look for the Green Machine and stop by and say Hey.

http://i41.tinypic.com/9pop69.jpg

http://i40.tinypic.com/ruo6dw.jpg

http://i43.tinypic.com/2pplhmv.jpg

http://i42.tinypic.com/29e6b89.jpg
