Got out yesterday on Batteese lake in northern Jackson county. Had a couple of hours of action early nothing of any great size gills running in the 6 to 8 inch range and a few crappies in the 9 to 11. Got to put my showdown to the test and am quite happy with the choice. Looking forward to getting on bigger water with it. See attached photos. S.F.
