Inovative Youngsters Master Angler's 18"crappie

The youngsters grandfather lent me the pic , I had to scan it so it's a little hazey . 18" crappie so far this year it places 3rd. as an entry in the Michigan Master Anglers.
Look at the kids rod !!!!!
I think the rod alone should bump this 13 year old fisherman into first place [cool] .
