Weather Dampens WSB numbers but....
#1

Hey there guys,

WSB counts have been down since Sunday due to, in a major part, boats not getting out. The angers braving the weather have been doing well on the croakers at Anacapa and Santa Cruz islands.

Sportboats making it out to Catalina report good close inshore fishing for bass and barracuda. Coronado is still producing good counts of good sized yellows.

Again, if the bite really goes off for either yellows or WSB, expect a lot of 3/4 day boats will be heading to their respective off shore islands.

If weather permits, I'll be out on the Pierpoint headed for Catalina tomorrow. hope hope

Could this weekend be the starter for the islands? Guys going to the Eastern Sierra trout opener aren't too concerned huh?
