Looks like the weather is going to be good for this weekend.

I'll be busy tapping maple trees tonight and most of Saturday but I'll be free for some Sunday fishing. Let me know if you still plan on heading out. Otherwise I'll mostlikey be on the Grand River hunting walleye and steelhead.

My buddy already has sap running , he can't make the Birch Run gun show this weekend because the trees are going pretty good .

Weather was great ...... but ............. the "honeydue" list was just a bit to long to pull off a day of fishing...[crazy].

Good news is... I racked up a bunch of "hubby wants to go fishing" points. Not that I need them in order to go fishing... but yeah.. they never hurt. []

I'm hoping to get out this weekend with the boat . The icemound that blocks it in is as hard as cement , i'm using a pick-ax to break through it [mad].
I wish the 40 degree temps would show up soon , every day the weather report comes on their still 5 days away ![crazy]

40's here every day this week in the south east... still have about 8 inches, but will be gone fast.
