Chatfield Reservoir this weekend

I heard that Chatfield Reservoir is producing some nice walleye and trout, is anyone intrested in fishing Chatfield this weekend?

I don't know whether the ice on Chatfield will still be safe this weekend after all the warm weather. It gets sketchy in a hurry there. Where on Chatfiels have you heard of keeper walleyes being taken this winter? And what on??

I am going to call the park tommorow morning and see if the ice is still safe, There are flats on the eastern part of the lake so and the walleye are being caught on minnows and leeches, and the trout are being caught on wax worms.

I called the park they said the ice is about 6 to 12 inces thick, and there are people out fishng.

lol no i saw the ice there too and I was like no, lol i didnt want to take any chances.

No I didn't get too but this weekend I might if this little pond is unfrozen I will get out and do some fishing.
