I fished the Tawas Pier yesterday , and had pretty good luck .
Several Rockbass, Bluegills , Perch, Smallmouth Bass, and Walleye were landed . One Burbot , which shouldn't have been in this area at this time of year was also cought and released .
I bait fished with shiners as the primary , dilliys as the secondary .
If you are fishing the sunrise side of the state today bring your sunblock and bug spray, the horseflys were very agressive in their attacks .
