My and a buddy hooked into 15 white bass in about ten minutes this Saturday at Utah Lake. It was the most fun I've had fishing in a long, long time. Those suckers fight like crazy! I thought I had a big carp on a couple of times.

Where were you fishing at?
What were they hitting on?

That's like 1.5 fish every minute.....
While I'm no where near that talented or lucky, I picked up a few whities this afternoon on 3" white tube jigs and 3" chartruse curltail grubs. Fished close to structure in moving water (think tribs entering the lake).

[#ff4040]I caught a bunch of white bass today. It was definitely fun! I was out a AF harbor. Caught most of them on a 3" curly tail. Anything with a chartreuse tail seemed to work. There were also a bunch of other guys out there that caught some too.[/#ff4040]

We were using Rainbow Trout Rappalas on the Utah Lake airport road (take a left just before the bridge to the state park)

Did you tip the curly tail with anything?
