Gentleman 3/4day Fishing Report 6/11/05

We went out on the Gentleman 3/4 day fishing boat out of Channel Islands Sportfishing Landing.

The boat left promptly at 6:00. Capt John, DH Brian, DH Jim, PH Sean and Cathy at the spatula.

The decision was finally made to hit Anacapa.

We fished several areas around the legal zones only to scratch a few out. I busted my but to get 8 fish but didn't feel bad knowing that only 43 fish were brought on board with 62 passengers[shocked].

The fishing Gods were asleep that day.

We returned to the harbor around 4:20pm.[cool]

62 passengers ?! Going for rockfish ?! I would have done a U-turn at the office door so fast you'd seem the rubber I burned from my heels when I did my brodie! Dude !

I guess it was my fault. I'm usually beating down the doors at 4am to get the better spot. Whoever or whomever shows up, is sold a ticket regaurdless. [pirate]

Those are the times when everyone wants to crowd the stern so I head for the bow which results in nearly 0 tangles.[cool]
