Granby Report 9-25
#1
Hiked into Columbine Bay area of Granby on 9-25(my birthday) with a friend. We each caught ~25 macs from 19-23" using kasty's,tube jigs, and egg sacs.About 4pm the water was boiling with kokes and lakers at the same time-awesome!About 430 I was throwin a 1\4 oz. silver/orange kasty and hooked into a biggun.Approx 17 mins later I landed a 34",12.5lb mac on 6lb test with no net,so it was fun.Weighed it at Budget tackle in Granby.I'm goin back! I only got 1 digital pic before the camera phone crapped out,but will try and add more pics later.

Nice fish Slayerfish!! Thanks for the report. So were the fish up shallow? It sounds like a hoot. Can't wait for the rest of the pictures!

Got the biggest ones in 30-40ft of water, but also caught a lot of the 20"ers in a bay about 10ft deep.
