Pineview 9/8 - Quicky trip

Took Sparky out to find a few doves for bird training in the pm - didn't find any. Stopped off at Pine. for 2 1/2 hrs in the tube. I'm spoiled now! Expected to find some like last time - didn't. I am hearing rumors of perch making a come back up there did you see any?

I was up there this evening too. and I fished in the area you suggested, and FINALY I had a day that makes me want to go back.
The kind of all came at once.. I think I caught about a dozen between 8 and 11, and one little crappie too. I caught them all in about 20 mins right before it got dark.
Anyway... I thought I would let you know.
