New Access Program for South Park Ranches

The Denver Post has an article today about the new fee-based program to allow the public to access some of the private water in South Park. It's an interesting concept. I'm sure the reservations for those properties will fill up in a hurry! That is a great program, I hope it works.

I have never been real impressed with the fishing on the middle and south forks myself. Of course i was always fishing public access waters! The spawning runs out of Spinney used to be excellent though.
