LAKE KEOWEE: Largemouth Bass: Excellent, casting Carolina-rigged worms, crankbaits and jerk baits to the banks around brush. Fish bedding in center of pockets and around stumps. Some 4 and 5-pound fish are being caught. Crappie: Excellent, using small minnows and jigs in 10 to 15 feet of water around brush piles and bridge pilings. Limits are being caught. Catfish: Excellent, using jumbo minnows, nightcrawlers and cut bait on the bottom. Some 4 and 5 pound fish are being caught. Bream: Good, using redworms around brush piles and around stumps. Also, try fishing around bridge pilings. Water temperature is 66 to 68 degrees and clear.
