I have heard rumors for a while now but in the paper yesterday there were a couple articles about a new reservoir possibly being built just downstream of Oneida Narrows Reservoir. The company interested in building the reservoir must be serious about it now because they are putting $100,000 into studing the idea.
It would be
that a large chunk of the Bear River in the Onieda Narrows could be underwater in a few years but the new reservoir could also make a great fishing hole.
What do some of you think about a new reservoir being built?
