[#c4ac82]Remarks :[/#c4ac82] [#000000]BWO hatches should ocurr in the Canon City area to Texas Creek in another week. Nymphing will just get better each day.

The river has improved dramatically over the past 72 hours. Water temps have reached into the low 40s and the golden stonefly nymphs have begun to molt. BWO nymphs are maturing and initial BWO hatches should start ocurring in the lower river by March 15. We actually saw our first adult BWOs today, but it wasn't a genuine hatch. Very good fishing on Stonefly nymphs trailing a flashback PT or Black Ice. Fish areas with an open southern exposure. Canyon areas are still pretty cold. Good spots are Canon City up to Spike Buck and Texas Creek to Howard[/#000000][/#000000]
