How to make a choice?

Hi guys, there is a problem. About half and a year ago I started having vision problems. In my 20 halons aquarium installed extra lighting, from which my eyes are suffering. The doctor gave me the recipe for computer and dark outside glasses. I decided to save my money and buy only sunglasses to wear it outside and at home to communicate with my pets. Are there any worthy ones that I should pay attention to?
