Lake Ray Roberts guide report

This is going to be rather short. Lake is down about 3’; water temps are from 42 to 44 degrees. Most of the weather as of late has been more like winter and moved the fish out to deeper structure. Fishing is tough but will pick up soon. Sand Bass are holding in 35 to 40ft of water at the mouths of the major creeks.

Jimmy Martin has sent his new map of Lake Ray Roberts to the printers and it should be ready early in March. This will be the most accurate and detailed map ever made on this lake. Two years and thousands of pictures (taken when the lake was 17.5ft low) have gone in to this map. You can get more info on it at www.martinsmap.com.
