Strike is still producing perch. Kali and I picked up 50 quick ones....all but one a female. The were hitting a worm retrieved from the bottom at a very fast retrieve. We were cranking as fast as we could. They would hit it hard, compared to when we let it lie. They turned off for us at about 2:30, but we were ready to call it a day anyway, so good timing. Mike

Kodiak, were you casting from shore and retrieving while keeping it on the bottom? Or were you in a boat and retrieving it vertically? Just curious.

Woops! Sorry I missed your post. Yes, we were in a boat, and were dropping to the bottom and then crankin' fast for 12 cranks. Good fishing! Mike
