I hit Willard today for the third week in a row today and was joined by bigdaddy84094 What a difference a week makes on the catching. We departed Roy around 8:00 am this morning and fished until a little after 3:00 pm and only manage to boat 5 wipers between us, 1 trolling and the other 4 on mussels. We fought a persistent wind all day that took its toll on my battery and we couldn't keep from sliding on the anchor when fishing bait. We still had a good time talking fishing and life on the water, Tom your good company and we will have to get together again so you can show me how its done at Utah Lake.

I have been brought back to earth many a time by Willard , not a bad thing if you survive, reminds us that Willard / Mother nature, in all her beauty and fury is truly always in charge, kinda like a wife. But that being said, 5 fish at Willard is not a bad day, combined with fish talk and conversation / good company, sounds like a +10 day in my book.
