Resolutions?
#1
Well it's that time of year again. Any good resolutions that will be broken here in a couple of months being made?

I am going through a few. One is I need to start losing some weight to I will start this processes off with removing all soda from my diet. Water and juices only for me now.

I know but it's not the sugar, it's the carbonation I'm looking at.

I'd worry more about the sugar than the carbonation. I gave up soda all together including diet soda. But I'll drink flavored water with carbonation- usually just a bit of lemon and or lime made at home with a soda stream machine. I quit smoking when I was 11 yo after starting at 10 years old[laugh]. 50 cents a pack back then.

Well... Carbonation isnt so bad Yes its bad in high doses , but there studies that show health benefits for carbonated waters or sparkling waters

But trust me Sugars can be way worse, If it were pure cane sugar then it wouldnt be so bad but now days allot of Juices and Sweets uses High Frutose corn syrup which is just BAD.

Add in the Biotech revolution and GMO foods ( Gentically Modified Food ) like GMO corn and you could have a genetically modified corn syrup which I have yet to read any thing positive.
