Several years ago, at Quincy Reservoir throwing a J-13 chartreuse Rapala, fishing specifically for tigers. There aren't nearly as many left there now.

I caught a small one crappie fishing at Golden Ponds in Longmont about 20 years and just a few years ago a young boy caught a big one out of there.Think it made the front page of the Times-Call. I know Lon Hagler west of Loveland has a few big ones. I've been told the new state record was in there.

Got my one and only up at Pinewood Reservoir past Carter Lake. You can go to where the water flows into the res. through a drainage tunnel(?) and see them stocked up there often times. Nice place for floating since its wakeless.
