When is the bass torny up to glendale and how do I get in?

I know that there was a bass torny up to glendale res in the spring done by a cache bass club any info would be great.

Cache Valley, Bass Glendale Reservoir, Glendale Boat Ramp, May 29, 05:30/16:00, 40p/20b, catch and release

I don't know anything beyond this. I only keep on top of these things so I know when I need to avoid fishing somewhere.
