There aren't any wipers, white bass or striped bass in Eastern Idaho. I'm almost possitive that there aren't any stripped bass or wipers anywhere in the state. I don't think there are any white bass in Idaho but I could be wrong.

and here I figured that an Idaho wiper was when your windshield wipers quit working and you run a piece of baling twine out each wing window. Then ya tie it to the wiper arms and seesaw it back an forth. LOLOLOLOL
