Jacks at 5 mile pass

Anyone seen any jack rabbits out by 5 mile pass out by Fairfield? I used to hunt out there.

There are jacks in the area. The problem is everything within miles is closed to shooting. Make sure you are in a legal area to shoot

The west desert has a rabbit boom. I spend hundreds of miles a month out here and there are plenty. 5 Mile is close to town and the city folks keep them thinned down. Good luck

Where’s the best place for rabbits in the west desert?

I'd go out the Wiess Highway around desert mnt and Keg Mnt. Tons of rabbits out there. But its remote so go prepared. Delta will be the closest town.
