Hi I've been buying from big fish tackle for a couple of years now and just found their site, yeah I don't usually shop for tackle online I like to feel what I'm buying, anyways if anyone needs a fishing buddy around long beach or seal beach hit me up I fish mostly in hawaii and Florida keys I would like to find a few good spots around home for surf fishing or jet ties, pass your love of fishing to the young they will always remember who taught them life is more than money and things a good friend and a cold beer while fishing is priceless, tight lines

Welcome to the site PTL, is the BFT store you are talking about there on Seal beach?
I guess the guy that created this site use to work there. I've been there a few times as well. We do have a Cal board, a Hawaii and Florida board if you are interested.

It sounds like you are fishing close to my home grounds.
If you are looking for some good "Hands On" tackle buys, you can check out the Big Fish Tackle store that is in Seal Beach.
They have a great selection of rods, reels, tackle and the best live and frozen bait on the coast.
Long Beach has some good fishing area from the shore. Cherry Beach is one of my favorites and you can even launch a float tube or kayak from there.
You can also hit Cabrillo Beach over by the 22nd street landing.
Seal Beach has some good fishing too. Most of the best fishing there is from the Pier.
