Northern Utah Crappie Wanted

Linda waves hi!
New here, 1st post.

Grew up crappie fishing in Wisconsin. Just retired and started fishing again after 40 years, but all I've caught here in Utah so far is trout. I'd give anything for some crappie!

My fingers are itching to catch some crappie before everything freezes over. Are crappies biting anywhere near Layton/Ogden? Tips appreciated!

Welcome to the site Linda, glad you found us, it might be tough to find come crappie this time of the year, especially if you are fishing from shore. Hopefully some of the members on the Utah board can help you out.
