Utah Ice Fishing Contest

The Utah Ice Fishing Contest came to a end Sunday and was won by only 2 inches. 139 to 137 with third a distant 125.5 inches. Fourth was only 5.5 inches behind even though they only posted seven of the eight fish possible.

The biggest fish this year was a 36 inch Lake Trout.

We had 28 BFT members compete this year.

I just planted my tomatos peppers and onions yesterday, tomarow I should be working on my morning glory bead next week I have to get the corn and pole bean areas ready for planting, and some how squeeze in a hundred hours of fishing in this week.[]

my garden is just begging for some plants right now.. ice gear has been long gone for this guy as well.

We still have some in the high Uintas but most of it left last month when it turned warm. Then it went back to cold and just keeps messing with us. Last wednesday we had a blizard and today it is nice. This weekend it might reach 80. My tube has finally won and the ice gear is done for the season.
