We fished Mantua Wednesday the 13th, my 4 year old caught this bad boy and a half a dozen more smaller guys.
we headed back on Sunday the 17th and caught 20-25 nice sized bows and a few gills. (sorry no pics)
Orange seemed to be the best color, and wax worms the best bait.
Ice was fair with soft spots all around.

Nice report. I think we have a mutual friend. When I was coming off the lake with one dink perch and nice BG my buddy text me asking me how it was. I told him how slow it was and he said one of his buddies was slaying the trout. Glad you were able to get on them.
