fished from the bank below the dam for sturgeon this morning. The water level appears and seems to be very high compared to what it was opening day. mainly was fishing for sturgeon and well didn't catch any this morning. But the bass and chubs were on fire though. every cast we had a decent sized bass on and it was a blast. i took my brother in law who had never caught a fish and on the first cast caught a chub. nothing to exciting though. it was a fun free fishing day though.
