Just thought that I would post a update. Frank charges $20 to sharpen the auger bit. You enclose a check with the head for the sharpening plus the return postage back to you. Mine should be back on 12/27. I sent it on the 15th. I think that's reasonable for a sharp auger. Just wish I would have done it sooner!
