And there you have it. Those lakes all are private property and you can't blame the farmers for protecting their interests. They allowed fish to be planted, remember we live in trout country. If it continues to be an aggravation I could see them draining the ponds in the fall. Rental boats would be a great answer to this dilemma. Allowing more gubermint into private property rights is assine.
