Ya know, you raise a great point. But, to date, I have not heard very much, maybe some place but haven't seed it, about this little creatcher affection our hydro plants. In fact, around Preston, non of the affected waters have a hydro on them. They are all irrigation. And as far as I know, nothing in East Idaho that has a hydro on it at all has any inspection station or requirement on it. Of anything that could be economically damaging, look at the hydro plants and what could be there if this got in those waters. So, to ask the power plants at this time to pony up more money may be a little bit to drastic and knowing how they can raise our electric rates on just a whim, OMG just think if they take this one and run.
Also, I appreciate going to the effort to go to Paris and try and talk to the Governor. If I weren't so far, Id be there bright and early to at least put the discussion on the radar. Good luck and hope it might do something.
