Im not saying we need this exact dam on the bear river but having a "NO DAM" mentality is completely insane to me. That is pretty much saying that the trout are more important then the human race. Anyone that is anti-dam should be the first to stop watering their lawns, start using an outhouse instead of flushing their toilets and shut off all their electricity.
