If your boat is registered out of state it can only stay in the state 30 days.
That used to be pretty easy to get around,,, but now with the mussel inspections
you will need to show that it was inspected or cleaned at the border crossing with in the time frame you are claiming.
That makes keeping an out of state boat in Utah much harder.
