Mobile boat trailer repair?

Hey guys does anyone have any recommendations for a mobile trailer repair guy? I found one on ksl but can't seem to get ahold of him. I was planning on heading down to Powell tomorrow but I'm a little concerned with my trailer brakes. I have a ranger trail with electric surge brakes and I don't think that they are working. Mostly going off what I've read online, I feel it clunk when I stop and when I start going again and there is still a layer of rust on the rotors which I think should have worn off after using the brakes a bit. Anyone have any ideas or recommendations I would appreciate it. The boat and trailer only way about 2000lb fully loaded so I'm not sure I really need brakes since my vehicle seems to do a good job stopping it already.
