We all know about Barney.
We all know that he and his deputies will cite you for any violation that they can.
With that said, stay within the law and you will not have a problem at Mantua.
There are local ordinances that are intended to create revenue for the City and Barney and his boys are there to get that revenue for the City.
Not much that we can do about it except be aware and obey the law.
Another place with the same attitude is Stockton.
They have a speed trap that runs for about 1000 feet and you WILL get a ticket if you don't see the reduced speed sign and slow down.
These small towns rely heavily on the revenue received from citations.
Be careful and alert and try your best to stay within the law.
