My 10 year old granddaughter drew a youth tag . I don't think her mom even looked at the regulations . In the paper it said if you want your children to be able to put it this year they need to complete there hunter safety before July 1 . There hunter safety instucuctor told them to put in . Don't be mad at the children . There were several adults that made mistakes , don't blame the children . Talking about sturgen . I think catching them from a kick boat is like hunting moose with a 222 . Is it leagle , yes is it ethical ? You hook them and wait for them to die of old age .
