I learned that from a Utah DWR officer about 30 years ago. The court judge will decide whether or not an actual violation of the law has actually taken place; not the CO. And I'm still waiting for a documented study that scientifically proves that any substance used in WD-40 is in fact a fish attractant/stimulant. You know, something that the state can use that would stand up in court to prove you were in violation of the law as written.[/#800000][/font]
