old fisherman, new to site

I have an older 18' bass boat, altho I normally don't fish for bass . At CJ, we (my wife and I) usually are fishing for pan fish, and in the spring and fall, troll for trout. At Anderson Ranch, we camp, and pull the boat behind our camping trailer, and troll for Kokanee. Low water last year made it almost impossible to launch the boat, the dock was high and dry :-( If we don't get more precipitation this year, it will be even worse I feel :-( Besides, last year the kokes were very small too.
