This is the part that really annoys me. I can see closing the camping, but not areas and things that aren't directly monitored by an employee.
This is not due to Congress. This is the park management. They want us to blame Congress. It shows how the bureaucrats that run our national PUBLIC lands think. Instead of them being our employees that care for our lands so that all can use them, they now feel that we have no rights to our lands and THEY own them. [crazy]
