I think in 2010 that was the same storm the wreaked havoc at LVBH as well. One of the dock legs broke free, and a 60+ foot houseboat came loose and bounced around like bumper pool. A few boats sank, and a lot more damaged.
Luckily, mine was ok and I got to move to the new dock legs right by the gate when they fixed it all up. Nice new dock and a much shorter walk
I was actually out on the lake yesterday in the Vegas wash/33 hole area. I rode it out in a bay out of the wind for the most part but not the rain. It got pretty crazy but figured safer in the little cove that head directly in to the storm back to the marina. Made it back between storms.
